We have supplied steering racks and pinion shafts for numerous projects at home and abroad as well as constructing and manufacturing diverse structural forms of lifting chains, sometimes installing them with our partners.
For most applications, Jungbluth Foerderketten has developed non-corrosive and maintenance-free lifting chains, adapting their design to the specific situations prevailing at the different locks and weir systems.

While lifting chains were previously usually designed as standard carbon steel Gall chains - so-called black material - today more and more chains made of stainless steel with sliding bearings or self lubricating bearings are being used. With these designs it is possible to dispense with the extensive anti-corrosion and joint lubrication measures required in the past. The time and effort invested in regular maintenance can thus be reduced considerably.
